Let's Have A Party Mobile Spa Policy

We Travel To You. Your home or any venue of your choice.

What’s included:

*15 mins early arrival for set-up

*Set up and clean up

* Beautiful Spa decor

*Tables & Chairs for all confirmed guest

*All product and supplies needed

*Spa Music (you can supply your own)

*15% gratuity will be added to each package

*Mileage will be included if in Newport News/ Hampton area. Outside these areas will be $20-$50 charge


You Supply:

Easy access to water

Room Big enough for your Party

Spa Party Procedure:

Birthday girl and guest will be seated

Hostess will inform all guests about spa treatments

Hostess will introduce Birthday girl and have all guest raise their glass for a birthday toast

Let the spa Party Begin!

Party Policies:

1. To book a mobile party, we need $50 non-refundable deposit to book date. (party is not booked until we receive deposit)

2. We do accept All Forms of Payment (except checks)

3. Remaining Balance is due 1 week from party date

4. IMPORTANT!!! Final confirmation will be 4 days before your party. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR ALL CONFIRMED GUEST ATTENDING. (Example: 8 girls confirmed but 4 attended. You will still have to pay for 10 girls.) HOSTESS WILL NOT NEGOTIATE PRICE AT TIME OF PARTY.

5. For parties with facials, confirmation is very important. We need to bring enough robes and head bands.

6. We provide tables, chairs (enough for all confirmed guest), and all supplies as needed to service your party) we ask that you provide us with enough space for your party.

7. We will arrive 15mins before your party time. Bridge traffic can be ruff; we will contact you if we are running late. If this happens we will extend the time to compensate.

8. Mileage fee may be added depending on how far you are ($20-$50)

9. Please tell guest to arrive on time .We will start at the designated time.

10. All parties are booked on a first come first serve basis

11. Services are for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY

12. To ensure safety and sanitation, we don’t cut nails or cuticles.

13. Cancellations made 2 weeks before party will receive FULL refund minus deposit. NO refunds for cancellations made within 2 weeks of party date.

14. We provide flip flops for all confirmed guest. Please make sure you provide us with proper sizing for all confirmed guests.

15. Please make sure we have PARKING near the entrance of your home. Hostess will be loading and unloading tables, chairs and supplies.

16. We will accommodate last minute parties


Birthday Party Policies


Our themed birthday party packs are all-inclusive. We will create a memorable experience for the guest of honor and all party goers. We will come to your home or venue and take care of everything from start to finish! All packages are 2.5 hrs and this includes cake time. More time can be added for $75 each additional hour.
