Full Service Wedding Package

$1800.00

Full Planning Package includes a complete Let's Have A Wedding team to work your wedding. You will not need to lift a finger. Let us take all your stress away. I will also offer a discounted rate of 15% for rentals done thru Let's Have A Wedding and More. Requires at least 6 months advance notice.

This package is for the bride that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all of the details that go into making a wedding truly memorable.

The full planning wedding package includes:

* Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary

* Free Wedding Day Emergency Kit for up to 6 brides

* Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (4:00 pm-10:00 pm)

* At least four planning meetings between clients and planner

* Help budget plan

* Timeline preparation

* Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues

* Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding

* Answer etiquette questions

* Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories.

* Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to three meetings per vendor.

Baker, Caterer,Florist,Dj,Photographer etc.

* Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner

Assist with the choosing of invitations

* Ensure that all floral arrangements are given to the proper bridal party member

* Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending

*Ceremony planning

* Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors

* Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding

* Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding

* Assist in arranging hotel blocks

* Assist with decorating the Ceremony and Reception Site

* Ceremony Rehearsal (up to 2 hrs)

* Cue services for the ceremony and Reception (Dj, bridal party, etc…)

* Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding

* Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding. * This two hour planning meeting will include:

Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement

* Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors

* Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding (meeting should include florist if possible)

* Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

Ultimate Wedding Package $5000.00

ULTIMATE WEDDING PACKAGE:

*Day of Wedding Coordinator Package

* Dj for wedding and/or reception

* Ceremony Officiant 

* 6 inch & 8 inch Tiered cake with 100 Cupcakes (you decide decorations) or custom cake design up to $400 value.

*3 Hour Photo Booth Rental For Wedding Event with customized Photo strip prints and props to match.

*Day of wedding coordinator package.

*10 White or Black 120 inch Table cloths

*10 Overlays (Satin or Organza your color choice)

*100 Banquet Style Chair Covers

*100 Chair Sashes (any color)

*10 Up lights

*4 Beautifully Decorated Backdrops

*4 White or Black Rectangular Table Cloths (used for Guest tables, food, etc.)

*Mr & Mrs Sweet Heart Table Decor (many options to choose from)

*10 Center Pieces ( many to choose from or i can customize to your liking)

*Decoration Services of decor picked out.

* Candy Buffet or Dessert Table with Chocolate Fountain customized to fit your wedding theme

Valued at $9000.00 All for $5000.00!! Payment arrangements are accepted. Final payment due 30 days prior to event. Deposit of $200.00 Due to secure date and book. This is a one stop shop for those brides who do not want to shop all over town. 

Day of Wedding package $750.00

This package is for those bridal couples that have done all the planning themselves but they need to pull all their ideas together and make sure that the wedding unfolds exactly as they planned it to. Requires at least a 1 month advance notice.

• Unlimited phone calls and e-mails during business hours (3:00pm-9:00pm)

• Ceremony & Reception Site Visit /Ceremony and Reception Layout

• Developing timeline

• Overview vendor contracts, contact vendors prior to the Wedding Day (confirming vendor commitments double-checking the details, decisions, and services that you have already contracted for).

• Provide Timeline to each Vendor

• Direction of the Rehearsal

• Rehearsal attendance and coordination (organize and explain to your wedding party their individual responsibilities, positioning, and timing of the events). Itinerary given to Bridal Party at Rehearsal. Distribution of timeline to Bridal Party (as prepared by Bride)

• Wedding Day Timeline (formulate a master plan for the entire day, so that you can rest assured that the details are in place and the event is being managed by a professional

• Wedding Day Coordination (Bridal Party assistance, Ceremony & Reception)

• Ceremony –keep things running on schedule, be there to remind everyone of their roles, and handle the payment of the clergy, musicians, and other vendors, keep everyone calm, handle any crisis, and send you down the aisle without any problems

• Reception-Coordination and direction of Wedding Day events (set hours). Coordinate the Florist, Caterers, Cake, Band or DJ, and all other vendors. Will make sure things run smoothly, so that no detail gets overlooked, and will act as a buffer between the vendors and you (the couple) as you enjoy your Wedding

• Keep track of Guest book

All Services Require A $200 Deposit. Final Balance is due 30 days prior to event date.
